Which dog groups are there?
There are different possibilities of grouping dogs of a similar breed together. The question is always what is the main criteria. For this reason no classification can really do any justice
I. The most well known and extensive classification was produced by Federation Cynologique Internationale (FCI) (approx. 300 breeds).
We have also given the FCI-Number und FCI-Group with each breed of dog. Locate the dog breed with the help of its FCI-Number.
